Hey guys! When I got my beardie she came with 2 basking bulbs, and now we're on the last one ;-; I've been searching for more in case this one burns out as well. I read in other places that regular bulbs work just as well as the ones pet stores sell and I was wondering if this one I found would be a good plan for my beardie.

If anyone has some recommendations for cheap and usable bulbs please link me :)

Some people can use these in their tanks --

It would be trial and error -- I cannot use them as they do not heat my tanks up to the temp it needs to be
they are found at Walmart

Don’t do it. Do yourself and your dragon a favor, get a zoomed badking bulb in the right wattage, and use them. Having a sick beardie because they can’t digest their meal properly isn’t worth the $300-$400 vet bill, and they may not survive after that. Price compare with Amazon, Petsmart, and Carolina Dragons for the best price break. Best of luck!
