Baby Feeding

I have a question about feeding a baby around 3-4 months old. I have been reading about feeding twice a day as much as he will eat. I have been putting a bunch of appropriate sized dusted dubias into a dish in his enclosure in the morning and letting him feed as he wants through the day. Around 1 1/2 hours before lights out I pull the dish and any remaining roaches become part of my leopard geckos dinner. Any issue with letting a young dragon eat as much as he wants all wants when he wants during the day?

Letting him eat when he wants and how much he wants is fine. I found with both of mine they pretty much stop eating when they are full. When they were small I would feed them 3 times a day and they would eat a total of about 50-60 crickets a day. Make sure you also feed him a small salad, that will help fill him up too.

When I fed mostly crickets, I did the same thing you did. At the end of night all the uneaten crickets would go to the frogs. Saved so much time not having to run downstairs and put the crickets back in their own tank.
