Baby dragon not eaten!!

Hi guys/girls
I am a 1st time owner of a bearded dragon. I got him about a week ago and we are struggling to feed him alot. We have had him looked at and they think he is only a few weeks old. Does anyone have any tips i would be very greatful thanks

It can take a beardie a fewvweeks to settle in n if the little 1 stressed out he wnt eat. A few little things you.can do is firstly make sure the size of live food and salads is smaller tuan the gap between ur beardies eyes. Also if u have a glass viv cover 3 sides till s/he settles. Also wot ur temps at? Substrate? Wot u using to measure ur temps? Is s/he poopin reg ? shedding? Sorry lots of question but all relevent.

We have got a wooden viv so only the front is open. The temp is at 100 under his baskin lamp on because that what we got told when u brought him. We are usin a exo terra themeter in the viv. He is pooping evey day as i clean it up every day lol. Not shedding

Well everything u have done seems fine just give the little 1 time to settle. Diego went through a stage of not eating n lettin his locus run all ova him. It lasted about 3 weeks n he then started eatin like a pig now he neva refuses bug. Little tip tho take out any uneaten bugs after 15 20 mins. They my make ur beardie feel uneasy

Thanks for the advice. I fed him this morning by throwing hoppers in the viv one at a time and he managed to eat 6 this way which is the most he has eaten. So im gonna feed him this way for a bit and see what happens. Ill keep u posted on his progress. Heres a photo of him.

Of you don't mind answering some questions maybe we can also help better.

1. Basking temp?
2. Cool side temp?
3. Ambient temp?
4. How do u measure each?
5. UVB style and type?
6. Size of viv?
7. Substrate?
8. What type of calcium do you use? How often?
9. What type multi-vitamins do you use? How often?
10. Lights on/off duration? Are the on a timer?
11. What is humidity levels?
12. What do you feed? Crickets, super worms, meal worms etc..
13. What greens do you use?
14. How do you hydrate your beardie?
15. How do you have lights setup? Example, on top of screen, heat beside Uvb, heat in front etc

That's all I can think of at the moment lol.... But the more info we have the better we can help you.

Hes eaten now i just feed him and he has eaten 10 little hoppers. But thanks for all the advice and sure ill be asking you all again if i have anymore problems with him/her

Glad to hear it sometimes they can take a while to settle
