Athena was doing really good, but all of a sudden she went on a hunger strike again. She was very happily eating collard greens and bits of kale. Still never went for supers, but I figured something was better than nothing.
This past week we've not wanted to eat at all, I was hoping if I waited long enough she's eat on her own, but she started getting really lethargic and wanting to sleep, so I ended up making a slurry for her.
She saw the syringe and immediately started licking it and trying to eat it. She very happily gobbled up about 5cc. I want her healthy, but I don't want to rely on hand feeding her. Has anyone heard of them rather living off slurries?
Such a messy eater!
