Are my Bearded Dragons fine?

Now, this isn’t necessarily saying my bearded dragons act strange, they act how every standard beardie usually acts, but that’s besides the point. I’m fairly certain I have two male bearded dragons who are both approximately 1 year and 6 months old, I just wanted to make sure they look like how they should at that age, I would never want them to have a stunted growth or be slown down on the growth, One of them has a mercury vapor bulb, the other a T5 10.0 UVB light and a Basking spot bulb, the humidity is usually 15-20% and the temps at the basking spots are in the %100 range, while the cool side is around %80. I feed them a good dose of vegetables and insects, dusted in calcium with the occasional multivitamins. I’ve heard bearded dragons get up to 24 inches at two years, so how do they look? (Just another heads up these two young lads are a year and sixth months approximately years old.)

One looks smaller than the other one - dragons grow at different rates - make sure your using a good mvb like a mega ray- they seem to be better than others- they have certain distances for bulb wattage- also a T 5 is also recommended mvb are great for heat not so much for uvb - I would also recommend getting rid of the wood shavings - one ingestion and it could be bad - internal issues- some textured NON adhesive shelf liner is easy to clean vinegar and water 50/50 and insects can't get underneath-- they can't see each other can they?

Thanks for the intel, I just wanted to mention that there isn’t any wood shavings in their tanks and they are in separate tanks and can’t see each other, I’ll be sure to get a T5 10.0 for the other one, the top one is an inch bigger I measured them and the orange one comes down to 11 inches, while the grey one comes down to 12. Which seems a little small for a bearded dragon of that age, what do you think? I’m also using an Arid bioactive substrate with arid springtails and isopods, they’ve never had any problems with it, it’s dry on top and moist in the middle and bottom layers and also maintains tunnels and burrows.

Ok sounds good- dragons grow at different rates - uvb is extremely important- the smaller dragon has just the mvb? Or does he have the T 5-. Where is the T 5 in the tank or top of screen?

The smaller one is the only one that has just an MVB I have no problems ordering a T5 I don’t really mind, I just posted this thread to make sure they’re not stunted, considering they’re a year and sixth months and are both barley even a foot in a length.

He needs the extra uvb it will help- dragons can grow up to 2 years old - genetics plays a role along w/ good husbandry and diet
