Are aquarium products safe for beardies?

Hello, I went to a pet store today to try to find new climbing stuff for my dragon and there was nothing really in the reptile section beside a new light and plant I got. The aquarium section seemed to have a lot more stuff but I didn't buy anything because I thought it would harm him. Is it safe for him or should I stick to strictly reptile products?

I would stick to reptile - pet smart has nice decor and I like resin products they are easy to clean and disinfect
