I've had them just over a month now and figured it was time to put up a few pics. Archer is in the first three pictures and Spike Jr. in the other two.

This is day 32 since purchase date. Archer was 6 inches on the day I brought him home, Spike Jr. was 6.5. I started keeping a log on length and weight a week ago. On July 4 Archer was 8 inches long and weighed 0.85 oz. Today, one week later he is 8.5 inches and weighs 1.05 oz. Spike Jr. was 7 3/4 inches a week ago and weighed 0.60 oz. and today is a bit over 8 inches long and weighs 0.65 oz. Archer the weigh he's growing is going to double Spike's weight in 2-3 weeks. Archer eats everything and likes super worms and Spike won't eat super worms, only crickets and greens which may account for the weight difference between the two.

Do you house them together? How do you weigh them? I'm coming up on 30 days with Norbert and at first he ate really good then he started a shed and now won't eat. So I want to weigh him but don't know how.

They are housed separately. I use a digital scale that I picked up on ebay some years ago. Actually probably weigh more than the scale indicates because I use the scale to weigh packages before I mail them at the post and everything always weighs more at the post office. My scale comes with a tray weighing a bit over an oz that I put on first then put the beardie on and wait for them to stop squirming before taking the reading. Getting weighed is not their favorite thing so I try to be quick, probably cold on their feet and belly.

I'm a bit of a rock hound so I have hundreds of lbs. of rock from around the world in which to decorate their enclosures. I have a 20+ lb. chunk of purple jade from Turkey that I was going to send overseas to be carved but now I'm thinking about using it in a larger dragon enclosure. I just put a heavy duty steel rack that's rated for 4000 lbs. in my man cave and have two empty 50 and 58 gallon tanks complete with lights and everything needed for dragons and both are empty at the moment. I want more dragons and have the room for them but mean wife won't let me pull the trigger on a couple more yet. I want a pretty girl but as soon as I mentioned $350 cost she said no. She's afraid that two will turn into twenty and I'll have them in every room of the house like it was twenty years ago. She did set a limit of four, just wait awhile for the other two.

Besides dragons and my rock hobby I also fish , make fishing lures and work with two part epoxy resin to make figurines. This is a gator I made using resin and jigs that I made from scratch. I think it would be cool to have a bearded dragon mold made and I'm going to be checking into that soon. Hope to be making a resin/rock/ beardie in the future.IMG_4181.JPG IMG_4182.JPG IMG_4183.JPG

That would be so neat. I have yet to find a mold of anything that looks like a bearded dragon.

No luck with finding a dragon mold yet, but not going to give up. Archer is doing so well and is growing fast. Gained an inch and .55 oz in the last ten days. Plan on moving him to a 55 gallon tank this Sunday, but think he might miss his rock so I'm trying to figure out where I can put it so he can still use it for basking.
