Hey guys,

Anyone here who owns the Exo Terra Vivicator (Vibrating dish)?

I might go and buy one since the reviews on YouTube are very promising and my beardie doesn't like to eat "shy" crickets, beetles and worms...
He has never touched his greens or pellets either. How important are pellets anyway in comparison to crickets?

I'm hoping on getting him to eat some worms, dead/nearly dead crickets/beetles, greens and pellets via the vivicator.

That's hilarious! The only thing that concerns me is the tip they give about using canned insects. Very sneaky statements in there! They don't say you can use the canned insects as a staple, but they make you think it's ok. It's not! Always use live food as their staple protein.

I think you're jumping the gun a little soon on this one. It sounds like you're dragon is eating, just not that much. Isn't he still kinda new to your home? I would think the sounds that thing puts out would terrify a new baby. Just my two cents!

Haha yeah, he is new since 1 week... :D

I'm just thinking that he will never eat the non-moving, live though, food, like worms or the "beetles" that are not moving around. And that he won't be eating pellets either.

Soooooo... I should be more patient

I've thought about that actually to help get Dexter to eat her veggies. I've read though that it is VERY loud and the beardies get scared of it.

I agree, patience is key. But your concern and energy are good traits to have. You're gonna be a great owner.
