Anyone here ever had an Armadillo lizard?

When I go 2 my local pet shop to pick up food for George, for some reason, these little guys just catch my eye. I heard they don't get very big, but has anyone ever had one/knows someone that had one? Wanted to know if they were good pets. I was attracted more to them because they don't grow as big...

honestly ive never owned armadillo lizards(the technical name is girdled tail lizard...an armadillio liazard looks way different from the one you saw at your pet store but youll notice stores change names of reps every so often to make them more appealing).they act reminiscent of my red eyed crocodile skinks (at least thats what i thought but my skinks were psycho paranoid though it took months to get them to where they are now but theyre doing alot better)and are mid tempered forest dwellers.they look very intelligent with how they act
