Hello! I'm new to the forum, and reptiles in general. I plan on getting myself a beardie sometime in the future, when I'm sure that I'll have the time to provide it with the care it deserves. So far, the only 'exotic' animals I've ever kept are fuzzy. A mischief of rats, and a pair of ferrets. (In all fairness, the ferrets were cared for by my dad since I pretty much grew up with them.) Aside from that I've only really had warm-blooded pets. (Dogs, cats.) So here I am, ready to soak up any knowledge that those who have much more experience with beardies than I do have to offer. I hope that some day I'll have pictures of a healthy and well cared for dragon to show you guys!

Welcome! Happy to see you here learning what you can before getting a scaly friend! Feel free to ask whatever questions you may have and just know that your going to get lots of different opinions on things depending on where you go.
