I have a 14 year old Female Beardie that's seemed to have lost her appetite lately and started gasping for air. She's sortof stopped much activity at all. Plenty of heat, light and food offered. Not sure if this is the End or something else. Obviously she's done good to be 14yrs old, but not sure what to do.

Yes she has gotten to the age that she may be starting to shut down ... May be worth taking her to a vet for a check up, but otherwise I suggest keeping her temps slightly warmer than usual, keep her well hydrated & as comfy as possible. No one can stop the effects of time, 14 years is phenomenal for a BD, although they are living longer & longer in captivity, with better food & care that is available now. My first BD is still alive, is keeping my niece now & is 12 ...

Good Luck
