Abrasion on leg joint

My female bearded dragon, Smaug, has an abrasion on the joint of her left leg that has not healed.

About a year ago I noticed a bump on Smaug's leg so I took her to our usual vet. Because of Covid-19 I was not permitted inside. When they returned her to me it appeared that they had pierced the skin to pop the bubble and her leg was oozing and bloody. They gave me ointment to apply to her for a few weeks. It seemed to heal over but the bump is still present and it looks like an unhealed wound.

I changed vets due to being unhappy with my current one (for multiple reasons). My new vet said that the wound was healed and nothing is of concern. It still looks quite ugly and I am wondering if this really is not an issue, or should I seek yet another vet. Smaug is 8.5 years old and healthy otherwise. Her leg doesn't seem to cause her any trouble and she doesn't flinch or seem to be in pain when the leg is touched or light pressure is applied.

Is there a way to completely heal the wound? Or is everything fine like my vet said?

Thank you
I got a reply back from the vet tech I sent your post to and she has asked this
Hi!
Is the area infected? Have they used any raw honey or antibiotic ointment on the
area yet to help with infection?

I'm not sure how to know if the area is infected or not. This was all a few months ago and my original vet gave me ointment for the wound. It looked how it does now after a few weeks and my new vet said it was healed, although to me it doesn't look so. Never had any raw honey recommended to me.

I also forgot to mention that the original vet removed one of her scales, and that is why there is a gap between the others. The bump still remains on her leg. I'm not really sure what her original vet even did because I was not permitted inside the building due to Covid-19.
