I am really a little worried, this spot popped up a couple days ago. It went away for a few hours after her bath, but it is back now. Priscilla seems fine it does not bother her to touch or brush, she did shed her face a few days ago??? I have never seen in her two years a shed start in one spot? I am just not sure? Can anyone look and maybe shed some light please. All of her temps are right she eats well, she seems healthy and normal. I have come home many times to see dead skin pieces in her Viv, but I have never noticed the start.....she usually sheds in a matter of a few hours. This spot has been on her for 2-3 days now? It looks like a shedding process as they are adults they shed in segments and it can take a week or two I've found

Thank you so much, for the reply, in talking with the family, we realized that she had not shed in quite awhile other than her face. We just did not know what to look for. Again thank you for the reply.

Good to know, it also looks like a deep shed so it may take longer and you may need to help out with some aloe liquid in the bath or shed ease and you can also try coconut oil (pure) after lights out (it can burn under basking lamps) and come morning not all will soak in so make sure you rinse well before she basks...

Thanks again, this is all good information. I will try the coconut oil, she tends to drink during bath time, so I would be cautious of anything in her bath water.

You could use pure aloe in the bath water. I tend to let mine play and drink for a bit and then put the aloe in. If they drink a bit of water with it in there, it's not going to hurt them.
