Hatchling Dragon

Now, Here is my bearded dragon! She is 3-LEGGED! Her name is Nubbins. We got her from a store that specializes in exotics, though it's not one i had ever been to before - they seemed knowledgeable and had their animals in the proper setups with proper care. But they told us she lost her leg with the eye infection that she had just finished treatment for, which they were very open and honest about, etc. She also has a kinked tail, which they said was something that was like that since hatching. (I say she, but I don't actually know if she is a she. I know how to tell, but for some reason, I can't tell with her. I don't know if I am not lifting her tail high enough, or something else.)
I know when bearded babies are left together for too long, they start to fight and limbs can "go missing" (trying to keep it family-friendly). So my questions are:
1) Based on the pictures, how likely is it that the leg was infected from the eye vs losing it to another beardie?
2) Could her tail have been kinked since hatching, or is it something caused by MBD/not enough UVB/calcium&vit D?
3) Does she look like she is a healthy weight or underweight? (Based on the last pic)
4) she gets around "okay" but does have some trouble with catching crickets, so i always watch to make sure she gets them all with no issues. I was feeding dubia roaches in a bowl, but my colony died off (that was my fault. We bug bombed and I didn't wait long enough before taking the roaches back in. I waited even longer before bringing everything else back in, though) and i am trying to restart it but it's slow going (any way I can speed it up?) so I am using crickets in the interim.
5) Nubbins is currently in a 40 gallon breeder tank. She is still smaller and I've had her since the end of Aug 2023. Is she stunted, or is she still growing? She wasn't a small baby when I got her, either (I'm including a picture from when I first got her as well. It is shown first)
6) Does her LEFT eye look like it's back to normal? That was the eye with the infection. It was a little puffy underneath it when we got her, but we were told it would go away as she sheds.
7) what is her sex? Is she a she?
