Sorry to hear the one isnt doing too good.

How long has the one been like that???? Days?, Hours?
Think we need some more info to help better

Like temps, type of UV light, what are you feeding etc...

And definately DITTO on Janies question
Are they both in the same enclosure ?

hes been like it for 3 days, been to local reptile centres and they all think hes just in shock from the move. yep both in same tank as have been since they hatched, the other one isnt bullying him or eating all the food before he can get to it. not sure of uv light as its my sons so will ask him. we have no heat mat and the temp at hot end is about 100-110 degrees and cool end bout 70-80 degrees, which im told is ok.
their being fed crickets, greens and grapes and as i say the healthy one (ernie) is eating it, where as the seemingly unhealthy one (bert) isnt ;(

i got them tuesday
Most likely it's relocation stress. To help the little guy out, use a large Sterilite container (you can put a screen over it if you need) and set up a heat light and UVB light temporarily. Put Bert inside by himself. The container will block his vision of everything around him and allow him to settle in a bit better. Offer him a soak in warm water no deeper than his armpits then place him on the basking site inside the Sterilite.
Within a few days to 2 weeks he should settle in fine.

Hi and welcome. Sorry you joined with things as they are.

I would separate them. It most likely is relo stress and being in a new enclosure with another beardie may be too much for him. I understand they were hatch mates, but put all human thoughts and emotions aside. He is probably freaked out. And if he is not dominant type by nature, the other beardie is adding to his stress.

Keep offering food. Consider dropping in 2 crickets at a time so he doesn't freak out over a large number of crickets in his viv.

What are you using to measure your temps?

Glad to hear that he perked up. Keep a close eye on him. If they are in the same enclosure and he has non-dominant traits, he could be in danger of your other dragon dominating over him. that would mean dominating heat, food, etc.

Welcome...good to see he is eating.

I would recommend separating them sooner than later. As Renee said there could be some dominance issues that come out. I don't like to risk it. I keep mine is 2 different rooms because the big one is so dominate and aggressive to the little one. I just had the big one jump out of my hand and attack the other one. Thank goodness the little one was in his viv or the results could have been bad.
