Hello, all those names are the different genes of your bearded dragon's parents. When it says het in front of one of the genes that means that the gene is not shown visually, but if you breed it to another het, there is a possibility that the baby could have that gene.

Hello, that looks very bad, it looks like a combination of MBD and stuck shed. I would try to find an exotic vet as soon as possible and take him there. Till then I would give him a chest level warm bath with a washcloth in there so he can climb out if he wants to.
