Jungle dawns dont put off any heat and yea only 3/4 of the enclosure should have light at least 1/4 of the enclosure have no lighting above so they can thermoregulate on their is. It’ll act as shade as light will obviously still bounce there

    New Bearded Dragon Advice

You want to actually set the jungle dawn in your basking area with the uvb so they can sit and bask and absorb all of it plus it helps them to know that it’s the basking as it bears more sprectrums of light other then elsewhere on my cool side I don’t even have lights under it . I’ve found the...

    New Bearded Dragon Advice

The Jurassic natural sand is a pretty good substrate it’s the perfect “sand” to bid with your bioactive as I did because it’s not just sand but actual soil from central Australia . I keep a bowl of water in her tank too it’s so big doesn’t take any space up and doesn’t hurt use to have a...

Any tips on BSFL and Hornworms?

Yea darkling beetles are safe . Buffalo beetles too but both of these beetles release a stench for defense when scared so usually beardies don’t like them . Mine eats them occasionally as I use super worms and mealworms as part of the clean up crew she will eat the beetles if she can catch one lol
