    we've had a few beardies over the years, and that looks like either a young dragon, or a skinny adult...my guess would be a baby beardie.

    or he could be in pain....check for ticks, sores or cuts. Being in pain definitely makes any animal mean because it's the only way they can vocalize. Just a thought
