You should never house beardies together as they are solitary animals. Too many risks as one will always dominate the other and it only takes seconds for real damage to be done to one or the other.

They will sulk as dragons don't like change but believe me it takes seconds for one to hurt the other and it's just not worth it. They will adjust but one will always dominate the other. Please don't take the risk.
Rocket and Kale are only treats as they can bind calcium, so I stick to spring greens and occasional red pepper. Lettuce is mainly water and has no nutritional value at all. You can get bags of salad greens called crispy, which contains endive but I take out lambs lettuce.
Your smaller one could be a rankins dragon however I wouldn't let them be together even for a short while they do not have feelings and are solitary animals.
