This is my Scraggy now at one year and a few months! Went to the vet and he couldn't tell Scraggy's sex. Interesting. Even though Scraggy has a nice big new terrarium, runs around the house every day and even has a bed in her favorite spot now

I've been marveling at just how big (and colorful) Scraggy has been getting! here's a couple shots I took today while he was shedding, and just compare that to my profile pic. I measured him today, and he's 15.5" long at about 5 months old...
I still give Scraggy a bath once every two days, but he started going in his tank if he needed to. It stinks that he keeps going near places where he eats and sleep but *sigh* at least it's easy to clean on the rocks. I think if they really need to go, then they will.
I stopped giving him a bath for a few days to see if he'd go if he had to. answer is yes, and I bathe him every other day so he doesn't go in his cage.
Speaking of booberries, I haven't seen Scraggy eat fruit once yet, nor are there any indication that he has. he's eaten spaghetti squash tho, but usually doesn't.
the other day, I lied down to watch TV and held Scraggy hostage. I put my hand over his head do he would be less enticed to explore the bed. before long, he was snuggling in my shirt under my hand, so I folded my shirt over him and started petting him. he fell dead asleep and had a little nap...
I figured it out and he eats exactly ten dubias each sitting, so I'd need about 200 a week. I'm keeping them in my critter keeper with a couple egg crates and am feeding them veggies, fruit and Flecker's cricket cubes. they seem to be happy and all alive. some of them are even molting.
EDIT: yeah, he licked one, and didn't go for it. Maybe he wasn't hungry? nope. hand fed him some roaches for dinner. oh well, guess that was a waste of money
EDIT: well, I gave him a wax worm and he spit it out, then kept licking like he was getting a bad taste out of his mouth lol well, I'll try again after his bath.
follow-up question: should your treat worms be gutloaded? trying to decide if I should just pop em in the fridge until I need them or keep them in their own container all squiggly and happy-like.
