    Calf manna is a high protein, high nutrient, pelleted, food used for calves, and baby animals..... has all kinds of good stuff, makes the roaches thrive and is a good gut-loading food..... you can get it at your local feed/farm store.

    I feed my dubias oranges, some lettuce, and roach chow made with catfood, alfalfa pellets, and calf manna..... the roaches love it and Norbert loves the roaches!

    I give Norbert, Nature Zone Bites along with dandelion greens... and he loves them.... he gets "bugs" occasionally... but the bites have all of the "good stuff" in them..
