It’s complety fine. My 2 dragons do the same. They try to sleep earlier than usual. Mine is set up to turn off at 8pm but sometimes they’ll try to be asleep by 7-7:30. Nothing to worry about as long as they’re active and moving once she’s awake.
is she a juvenile or an adult? First step is to get a perfect setup. Do your research to find the perfect temp. I recommend a:
18in ReptiSun 10.0 UVB Fluorescent
75-150watt Basking Bulb
The UVB light should light up most of her enclosure. The UVB is the most important piece for a healthy...

In this forum I discuss some possible pointers to help with humidity. Your goal is to reach +-40% but sometimes it can be difficult. Personally, 50% is the HIGHEST you want it to be. My Beardie of Years has been doing...
Yes. It seems the business loves its animals! I bought both my beardies from Petco and PetSmart which is not the best thing BUT, the way I think about it, I basically saved their lives as I treat them with better care and give he them everything they need
Since he’s young and only had him for 5 days, let him get used to his enclosure. But to answer your question, Yes it won’t hurt him. Take him out and let him explore for awhile. Then put him back once you seem him change color (if he darkens, he’s stressed)
It seems she is shedding. Once she’s done, it should be 1 color. If not, it’ll blend. My Beardie is bright starting from the head and slowly fades away once the tail ends. Nothing to worry about. They’re all different
So I use a ZooMed Repti Sun 10.0 (18in) in my enclosure. I made a DIY T8 Fixture so my Beardie can get ALL the UVB. You want to make sure the whole enclosure gets lit up with the UVB so no matter what side your Beardie chills in, she/he will get the required UVB she needs. I definitely recommend...
Oliver is young so focus on mainly feeding him insects. 70% insects / 30% Greens/Veggies/Fruits for Juveniles and vise versa for Adults. Do get him used to veggies so it’ll be easier for you to feed him down the road. Most fruits they can eat but give him fruits every now and then. They’re like...
No problem man and I totally understand that. It happens. It’s sad hearing this for me. Youre stressing cause you care and that’s okay! Do what you believe is right
Your best bet is a Dehumidifier. I have a Eva-Dry Mini Dehumidifier and it keeps mine from 32%-55%. Make sure you have enough airflow inside the tank and as well as remove any water bowl since that adds more humidity. Also try not to mist them as you’re basically misting the whole enclosure...
That’s terrible news! What’s the point of getting a pet and not taking care of him/her! Anyways, I WOULD definitely take him to a vet and get him checked. Hopefully he has some stool in him as they can’t test him for parasites if he has none, especially if he only defecates every month or so...
