Me too... She was probably rubbing to get her lose skin off and picked it up... Threw out the one real log I had in there and got a fake one now, so hopefully will not happen again. It was an approved log I got at the pet store, but all it takes it her rubbing in the one little raw spot! LOL...
Yes, I tried to rub it off.. I even tried gently with tweezers but it started to bleed a bit so I left it and took her to the vet today, it was a sliver that has been jammed up under her scales and it was bleeding. They pulled it out and disinfected, and she's fine now. Can barely notice...
Ya, I've searched everywhere and can't find anything like it... First time beardie owner and have a 10 year old son who handles her, so don't want it to be something contagious! Doesn't look like mites, right?
