Sounds like the closes thing to perfection I've read from a newbie owner yet.
The only thing I would add is to offer more bugs daily. I offer my babies protein 3x a day. I also dust with calcium once a day and rapashy plus only once a week to maybe even 10 days. Bee pollen is an amazing source...
Get a regular halogen bulb like a phillips brand. No need to spend extra money on a brand name they all work the same as far as heat goes. UVB is a different story on the other hand.

Shouldn't be an issue as long ad distanced properly. The solar glo also does NOT put off a significant amount of UVB. The tubes put off more. The Megaray puts off the most of every tested bulb there has been made.

I know some stores carry it. I buy mine directly from a local bee farm. I know you can order if from beardeddragon.co as well. Some dragons are just weird. I have one that likes her greens crispy as well.

You're absolutely fine!!! Really a bigger tank will be better but a 40 gallon is fine for them to live their full lives in. If properly taken care of they can live for up to 20 years or more!

Maybe you can get a higher wattage halogen bulb or two to help? I know places like hardware stores or tractor supply typically have them at an affordable price and usually can get 2 for about $12.

I would just watch him closely. Next time he poops if you notice blood again I'd say make a vet visit to make sure. I've had a few dragons swallow a hair here & there. Maybe you can entice him to eat more greens with some bee pollen?

A 20 gallon in the minimum size requirement for one baby dragon. You definitely need a bigger tank. It would certainly help if they had their own tanks as well.

Clear nails indicate hypomelanistic. She looks orange to me but that doesn't indicate any morph just color. If you can show a clear picture of her back I may be able to tell better if it is dunner.

Hi! There really are no "affordable" options when it comes to lighting for these guys. You will definitely need a better thermometer which will then help you adjust the heating levels. I will link a few links in a minute. As for the lights, you absolutely need a UVB strip light and it has to be...
