    I spent $680 on the tank, the uvb fixture and light, a bunch of the deco inside and a bunch of feeders. It was from a place called Xtreme exotics down in Florida. They always have great prices and deals so I do most of my herp shopping there.

    I’m not sure what brand, my local exotics store had some 6 footers in stock so I figured it’d be the perfect upgrade from her 40 gal.

    I put in a few of her old pieces to give her some familiarity. She’s been exploring all over for the past hour or so. She has a 48’’ reptisun 10.0 uvb bulb and mount inside the tank.

    I know! It’s ridiculous how much they charge for feeders, I want to start breeding a little bit of a variety for her to eat. I’m going to go order some of those horn worms now thank you!

    I do the super worms a few times a week, also I sprinkle her salads with bsfl. I’ll pick up some horn worms for her, she hasn’t had any of those yet.

    That one was about a half inch, that is the smallest size I feed her. Some I feed are slightly bigger around 3/4 an inch.

    She’s about a foot long and just turned 5 months. But it seems she’s constantly hungry, she’ll eat at least 40 dubia in a sitting plus her daily salad.     I was just curious if there was such a thing as overfeeding beardies? Do they always stop eating when they are full or will they gorge themselves if given the opportunity?

    So Wayne is actually a girl, just a running joke between my wife and I lol. And yea you’ve actually helped me in the past to get her set up just right and she is thriving now. Tons of energy, a super voracious eater and fantastic overall health!

    I just recently found out he is a she lol and yea she sheds her tail constantly.
