Thank you very much for the help. We know that they can live a long time so we want every second we can have. In such a short time she has become a bigger part of the family than I realized. We got her the day after our oldest dog died. To kinda fill the void ya know? But she has grown on us so...
I definitely will. We have been doing a lot of research. There is a lot of contradictory articles and opinions about the proper care for a beardy. We just want her to be happy healthy and comfortable.
Then the jerks at the store just use products they are trying to sell, rather than what's good for the dragon. We found iut,(after we purchased the store kit), that the lights, substrate, Just about everything they suggested us to get, was all wrong. Wasted a bunch of money.
This is Nugget. She is just under a year. We got her from my wife's work. She got some kind of tail infection and nobody wanted her. She was a red beardy, now she's not. She is active and eats everything we give her. I'm hoping after some serious TLC she will turn back to red
