Wobbly walking/curved spine/limited back leg function

Omg yeah I just looked it up, it’s caused by feeding too many insects he just makes it hard because he doesn’t eat his greens most of the time! He did eat a good few pieces today though which made me happy. Here are some pictures of all 4 of his legs, also I would assume switching to mealworms...

Omg yeah I just looked it up, it’s caused by feeding too many insects or just genetics in general? he just makes it hard because he doesn’t eat his greens most of the time! He did eat a good few pieces today though which made me happy. I will say though he’s always had buff legs, however they...

He is getting ready to shed, and I probably will have bloodwork done yes. What do the uric acid levels mean? I am feeding dubias yes, and no hammock in his tank

Wobbly walking/curved spine/limited back leg function

So I should hopefully be getting an appointment with a new vet within the next week or so, he’s started developing a muscle tremor in his front left leg.. which I’ve read can be a sign of MBD but the x rays didn’t point to that? As well as these pink spots? I’m wondering if the pink is from him...

Wobbly walking/curved spine/limited back leg function

He can walk and climb but it isn’t normal, he wobbles from side to side (not limping, his hind quarters just seem weak in general) when he’s walking and I’ve made his enclosure all one level so I can’t tell you much about the climbing. My best guess is that he took a fall yes, but I’m not 100%...

Wobbly walking/curved spine/limited back leg function

Hello! He has been the same, and he has fallen once after he was already hobbling and landed on his side and couldn’t flip himself which is when I made his enclosure all one level before the vet visit. And his enclosure at the time didn’t have a great surface area for him to turn around very...

Do you see any sign of MBD in those x rays though? That vet said he’s good on that front, unless it is?? I do supplement powdered calcium yes. Sorry for not answering that before. I’m hesitant to try a liquid calcium because I don’t want to overdo it, I offer greens almost every day if not every...

I’ll attach a picture of him too, he’s also starting to get a divot (second photo) on that left side on his stomach. It’s hard to see from this photo but it’s not just from the log hes sitting on, he makes his stomach that way. I’ll get a better photo tomorrow. I’m just freaking out at this...

Wobbly walking/curved spine/limited back leg function

Also wanted to mention, just now while petting his back on his left side he kept twitching in some way? Maybe an indicator of pain or discomfort? I fear he’s going to get worse and I just don’t know what to do. I’m terrified of going to another vet that will just waste my money, which I barely...

Wobbly walking/curved spine/limited back leg function

His spine never curved before, I honestly think he fell while trying to turn around and hurt himself. His enclosure is all on one level now, but even if it was scoliosis I don’t think he’d be walking so off :/

Wobbly walking/curved spine/limited back leg function

Yes, I think he injured himself as well. What are the chances of recovery? What I’ve heard and read it seems he might have a deficit for the rest of his life :( is there anything to help a deviated spine?

Wobbly walking/curved spine/limited back leg function

As I mentioned in my post, I did change it back to 10.0. And his tank is all one level, I changed that shortly after I noticed his walking. He’s still stable, the same as before. And he doesn’t like eating greens very often, I offer almost every day but he only eats a few bites if that. My...
