MY HUSBAND FOUND PERRY!!!!!!
She was in the food pantry hiding in a box of hot chocolate. Cold and lethargic but soon perked up after warming up and soon wanting to get out of her cage again. I was at work when my husband texted me and I was so emotional I felt like iI was going to throw up even...
Thank u everyone
I'm curious what's the longest anyone has had their beardy missing in action. We will cont to follow all the advice I have gotten so far
Its an open floorplan. But I will try to put out her basking light but if she doesn't come up out, how will she even know it's there? We have a large first level.
Last Thurs 2/19, I had Perry out. She is used to being out at least 4 times a week. Well she was sitting up by the bay window in our dining room and when I went to check on her, she was gone and we haven't been able to find her. She never has gone upstairs, but we tore apart the house main level...
Forgot to tell u...when I let her out she beelines to the front door. I keep the door open and she likes to look out the glass door. Other times she just explores.
E="Tyler_Vance, post: 99027, member: 5442"]What does she do when you take her out? Can you post a picture of the tank? Phoenix...
I am using a temperature probe that I can put in all different areas of the tank so I know she can get to the warmest area of the tank and other areas she can cool down.
please note in these pics it is not her best angle so she may not look like the diva she really is.:)
Hi
I have a female beardy dragon sl less than a year old. The last 3 weeks or so she is frantically trying to get out if her cage...kind of like when they don't want to be in the bathtub anymore and keep trying to get out like a complete spaz. She does like to roam and I will let her out almost...
[Qwant="MealwormsHQ, post: 90467, member: 5119"]My facility is based out of California and we produce tens of thousands of dubias a year. I've only had a few escapees and I always found them dead on their back. That's usually a sign of dehydration from little to no humidity. They are a tropical...
I think that if 1 escapes and it was in the tv or computer wouldn't that still be a dry heat so they would die anyway? Or would they start eating all the wires?
Could u imagine all of us watching tv and then we see a dubia crawling around the inside tube while watching a movie? . Just his...
Hi. I want to switch over to dubias but my husband said that they will find a heat source such as your tv or computer. What happens to the computer and tv if that happens? We r in Illinois. I told him about the humidity and no water would kill it but still concerned about the electronics. Summer...
My husband says thst if he were getting bit by the crickets it would hurt and Perry would wake up. I don't believe him he thinks he knows everything and he never did anything to research bearded when Santa brought him.
Perry is now 13 inches and someone at petco told him he we only need to feed...
I noticed that when Perry is shedding especially around his head he will scratch his face against a piece of wood in his cage. I also soak him in a warm bath which really seems to help the rest of the skin come off
hi I am trying to breed my own crickets to save money I have no problem with the females cricket laying the eggs but then the eggs are not hatching for me.
any suggestions?
I have a 10 inch long baby bd. Right now he is eating about 80 medium size crickets every 3 days
I do get him greens and veggies at lunchtime and he used to eat them but he has kind of stop eating them and I'm wondering if maybe I'm giving him too many crickets and that's why he's not eating...
