    Breeding livestock

Are you sure you can use Dubia in your state? In some states, with warmer climates, they are not allowed for fear of them becoming an invasive species if they were to get free. You can often buy a large group of them, which includes adults, from the sites that sell them in order to get a colony...

    Baby beardy not happy

They also darken when they are trying to warm up. That does not necessarily mean they are stressed. With ours, Hagrid, on the few occasions I have been really concerned, because he seemed off and his color was MUCH darker than usual taking him out and holding helped. He likes to cuddle anyway...

First of all keep in mind the level of experience of those giving advice, many of us are fairly inexperienced. If you have has him a year and his is in a set-up the breeder you got him from also uses for his bearded dragons then I wouldn't fret about the 2/3rd of the tank issue. Seems highly...

    Baby beardy not happy

Some use bioactive method though that is pretty new and finding info on it is not so easy...

I have not seen much about Bioactive viv for Breadies on here. I am also quite interested in the idea myself but have not seen much mention of it here. Maybe try searching using the term bioactive?

Frustrated and Worried!! Baby Beardie not interested in food at all!

Yours is adorable! if I saw one like that at PetSmart/Petco for that cheap I likely would take it home. As it was any time I go in there I want to save all the poor tiny beardies, handfuls of them, in various sizes, in the tank with some HUGE crickets. But I know that is not possible so I just...

    Need Advice on setup

sorry, no help from me I'm pretty new to this myself but maybe try a lower wattage bulb over that platform. Anything much over 110 and my beardie looses interest in his basking spot. got tricky when bulbs suddenly burnt out and only option available at that time was a higher wattage bulb. Moved...
