I would recommend starting to hand feed them so they start to associate you with good things. I also spend a lot of time with my dragons tank open and talking to him so he can get used to me being around.

    best substrate for burrowing

I've seen most places recommend not introducing loose substrate until your dragon is over 6 months old, ideally closer to 9 months old. You're off to a good start with mixing the play sand and soil (just make sure the soil is organic with no pesticides or chemicals), but as far as I knew coconut...

Can a beardy eat crested gecko meal replacement??

I don't know anything about geckos, but maybe my comment will help boost your post to someone who can help!

    Won't poop.

It's normal for dragons to poop while in the bath! Often time warm baths can be used to promote a bowel movement. :)

    Successful Herbs Grown In Terranium.

That's such a good idea! I'm definitely going to have to try this. :)

    beardie ate styrofoam

Other people have already commented their advice so I wont touch on that, but we had to take the the Styrofoam out of our VIV because we feed our dragon in his VIV so he can safely hunt them (we are watching the whole time of course, and remove any bugs he doesn't get) and the crickets were able...

    IMPORTANT bearded dragon arching back?!

That's way too close. Are you able to move the light up so it is 12-15 inches away from his basking spot? If not, you can put it on top as long as you have a wide holed screen. Seizures present differently across species, and can even look different between two animals in the same species. If...

    IMPORTANT bearded dragon arching back?!

I would recommend taking him to an exotic vet. What you're describing could also be a seizure. What is your lighting set up like? Have you tried giving him a bath to promote having a bowel movement?

    Bioactive terrarium

What size is your tank? It looks small for an adult dragon.

    Bioactive terrarium

I think that any effort made to create a more natural or more realistic environment for any animal is definitely worth the effort and money. But I may be ignorant with this statement because I don't have a bioactive tank yet since my dragon is still a juvenile, so I don't know all of the work...

    Advice on setup

A coil light is a type of UV light, it is not for heat. These are NOT recommended because they do not put off enough UV to be beneficial for your dragon. You should only use a strip UV light that covers minimum of 2/3 the length of your tank. It should be over both the warm and cool side of your...

    Advice on setup

Are you in a cold climate? With such a small tank one heat lamp (this is the one I use for my juveniles 40 gallon tank https://www.chewy.com/zoo-med-repti-basking-reptile-spot/dp/126600) should work well, but I am in Florida so it is very hot and we keep our house at 74-76 since we have birds...

    Sleeping habits

Our dragon does this! He will also put himself to sleep around 8-8:30PM every night before his lights are out. We've only had him for two weeks but he seems to be on a good schedule!
