    Yes it is and it was replaced about 3 weeks ago I replace them every 6 months as I know that's when they start loosing effectiveness, thank you

    Yes uvb is inside the tank with a reflector, I'm currently using towels rather than his normal green felt flooring as easier to keep clean at this moment in time
