@HoomanSlave is correct. Not eating greens is a result of too many live feeders. At his age, he should be eating greens more regularly. Especially if he is not breeding. Due note, however, bearded dragons typically eat significantly less when it is getting colder this time of year.

He's not displaying any morphs. He is a standard deviation of bearded drgaon. I'm guessing he is from citrus lines due to his tiger bars. Dragons that are not hypo typically are not as yellow. Very pretty guy.
This happens as a result of the bearded drgaon leaning up against the glass for hours. Generally, it's more physical than genetic. Make sure they don't lean on the glass as much, it will reset slightly with time. But there isn't an easy fix.

I wouldn't recommend using just the glass. Ceramic tile may be a good solution. Something easy to disinfect. We have PVC enclosures and do not use a substrate. This is a very clean option.

They can get timid nearing brumation time. Make sure to ease into it. Lightly pet their head before picking them up. Pick them up from underneath. Dragons are a flight animal, biting isn't their instinct response. They will calm back down. :)
