Yuckkk! Thanks for the heads up! I don't plan on feeding him those too often maybe only as treats so I hopefully won't have that issue. And I feed him out of a little container for the crickets so the majority of them don't run loose
You have to put a bunch of layers of non sanded grout on it the you put a bunch of layers of a non toxic pryoective coating over the grout and paint.. But I just want to know what the best sealent would be for the end so if he does lick any of it or whatever it won't harm him
So I want to make a DIY rock wall or basking rock for my bearded dragon out of polystyrene. And I it pretty much figured out about the grouting and painting part and what to use and what not.. The only thing I'm unsure of is what kind of protective coating I should use at the end so it's safe...
He wasn't holding him he was running around and then the dogs were both sniffing him and he ran up to my boyfriends finger and bit him. He thinks he may have thought it was good because he said he bit him like he was trying to eat a piece of his veggie salad. He's normally okay with the dogs tho...
Ya he was in his basking spot so it must have been that. But he actually bit my boyfriend today too for the first time ever and he put him back in his tank after that so it may have been him showing dominance? I think my dogs startled him that's why he bit him lol
So my beardie keeps starring at me from inside his tank with his mouth open. He eventually closes it but then he does it again lol. What does this mean? Is he okay?
He never does it any other time other than when I pick him up tho and it doesn't happen everyday. Just when I pick him up a certain way I guess. And he's completely fine after all his legs are touching me
He's always fine too after I put my other hand underneath too. I may just be explaining it wrong. It's like his legs shake when I pick him up a certain way and they stretch right out like u said too. But his front arms do sometimes too
So I've have my bearded dragon since October and he's about 12 inches long. I noticed sometimes tho when I pick him up his back legs will stick straight out like there cramping up or tensing up and then he like shakes like he's having a seizure or something. Is this normal? He seems to be fine...
