They charged me $120 for the appointment, hemipene removal, and fecal testing when I took Zeus to have his hemipene reverted. It depends on the vet -- it usually isn't too bad until we start talking about blood work that can cost as much as $500 (at least at my reptile vet).
He could have extreme metabolic bone disease. He needs UVB. He isn't eating because he has no UVB and cannot digest anything. He also needs to see a vet as soon as possible. how old is he?

Update: We just returned from the vet. They were able to revert the hemipene and even handled his femoral pores. Zeus has a little bit of red blood cells in his fecal matter but we have some antibiotics prescribed for him to clear it all up. Other than that, they said he is doing fantastic!
