    Thanks everyone, I would consider a rescue, however I don't know where to look for them? There are a couple on my craigslist but people want 300$ for a rehoming fee and I would have to re-do the entire set-up which I've been considering a better idea since they don't deserve that kind of treatment..

    nice to meet you guys and thanks! I am currently building a custom cage for my boa, once her cage is complete i will have an open 55gal tank available for a BD... I have extra heat lamps and the tank, that is about it.. ill need to get the UV lights, decor for the inside of the cage, vitamins...
