As the others have said, they need to be separated soon. Babies need the smallest dubia and I found small or micro supers to work better. I got mine from Kfcfeeders.com. Also, at one month, expect him to only eat 4-5 crickets or dubia or whatever a day. Remember the between the eyes rule...

You need to hold your beardie in your hand and lift the tail at a good angle, almost 90 degrees to the body. Then take a pic of the base of the tail and post that. If there is one bump by the vent and the base of the tail, it's a girl. If there is two bumps, it's a male
Get rid of the loose sub, it's bad for the little ones. You can also feed him in a separate tank, just drop your feeders one by one in front of him. Or throw them all in and let him have a hay day. Then you don't have to try to find them if he doesn't eat them all!
Oh yeah, it never touches the light. In fact, the screen isn't even warm by the sheet, the heat goes all downward. :-) Out hermit crabs have a similar set up, we just make sure the fabric never touches the lamps
