A morph is any genetic mutation that is purposely reproduced.

I agree with that. Although I believe that people hold the strangest views on what constitutes genetic mutation and what doesn't and most advertise based on that "morph" they propose, whether it be the Tangerine, Hypo, Citrus, OGG or whatever.

Depends on what one would consider a mutation and what kind of mutation it is. If the mutation compromises the animal's way of life, no. If it's just the appearance that has changed, really not the best but it's also not the worst.
