Ok, it has started. I got home from work yesterday and found that 4 have pipped.
I hope I am not being paranoid, but they looked dead to me.
I watched them for about 15 minutes and saw no outward evidence of life, no movement at all.
To stop myself from interfering and perhaps causing more harm than good, I closed the tub and the incubator.
I will check again when I get home from work today.
The 4 Pippies.
P.S. My hands were shaking so much, I could hardly even take the pics.
Nght_RideA - Early update as requested.
My wife just phoned me, 9 babies fully hatched so far.
I have told her to move them out of the egg tub into the holding tank.
With the small area inside the egg tub there is one that is much bigger than the others, and she says he is bullying the others.
He apparently had another baby by the head, but the wife sorted it out.
Gee, I can't wait to get home today.
