Draco really hasn't eaten in about 3 weeks. He has had MAYBE 15 crickets total and hasn't touched his greens. He's been laying in the same spot without moving for 4 days now. He doesn't appear to be losing any weight and his lights are on the same 12 hour schedule as always. He has his eyes closed most of the time but when I go talk to him he'll open them up and look at me. I've been trying to leave him be other than giving him a soak when he needs it.

Should I turn his lights off and let him sleep or keep his lights on schedule and just let him rest?

Leave the lights on the routine. He could very well be in brumation. Especially if he isn't loosing weight.
