What are these bumps?

I noticed them for the first time a couple days ago. I'm assuming they're normal but I've never seen them before so either I haven't paid attention or they are not normal at all!

Oh he'll be photogenic sooner or later. I know my baby was very photogenic.

Oh he's pretty photogenic =) Except for the femoral pores picture... I still have scratch marks all over my hands for that one!
