I do not currently have a bearded dragon. I'm in the stage of getting the tank and proper supplies prior to getting a wonderful baby dragon (so excited).

My question is, as a hobby I currently grow Venus Fly Traps and other carnivorous plants. I'm going to be switching over to LED lights for my plants, and have this fluorescent light fixture.

The light fixture contains two 4 foot, 32-Watt T8 5000k fluorescent bulbs.

Would this work as a UVB light for a bearded dragon tank?

Too big? Too small? Too much light? Not enough light?

Thanks!

Sorry, just seeing this. You can use the fixture but should get a reptile T8 bulb. Either a ReptiSun 10.0 or an Arcadia bulb.
