Yes this happens if you haven't provided a proper lay bin or place for her to lay them in. That egg looks like it was found in the enclosure & she is forced to drop them because she cannot hold them any longer & a place is not provided to dig & lay therm all. There will still be eggs in her & if you haven't already, you need to setup a place to lay, ASAP, like yesterday.
Do you intend on keeping them, should they be fertile? If not, or if you are not prepared for it, then you should freeze them, then dispose of them. Are you still housing your male & female together?
She has not been digging since the egg was laid which was 3 days ago. The egg was not in the lay box it was just out in the open, and the lay box has moist sand in it.
