!infection? gaping? help!!!!!

HI,
My bearded dragon Acorn I just rescued from a local rescue and has been nothing but awesome ive had him for a little over a month and recently ive noticed him gaping ofter (well hes done it since I brought him home) he has done it a couple times when hes not in the tank (I put a photo) hes eating normal everything else seams fine hes starting to shed so past couple days has had low energy. Is this something that I should be concerned about? some times when I pick him up and put him on my chest he huffs kind of and I dont know if thats just cause I put him down or what. he doesn't have mucous or puss anywhere, no shed or anything obvious around his nostrils. If it is something I should be concerned about what are my next steps?

I'm not sure what the problem is but I would take him to the vet anyway especially since you just got him and he is having this problem.
