Some kids just take longer to develop. It's not so much age as it is size Patience

Yep sometimes it's just a waiting game for the organs to show up, what worked best for me is using a flashlight in a dark room with Izzy facing away just lift tail gently and shine the light from topside base of tail ... This was easier to see the lack of hemipenes.
As far as color it looks like a normal dragon with maybe some citrus orange?
