Help with lighting instructions

I currently have a 150 b/l and a ceramic heater on a 4x2x2 Dubai enclosure ( not the best) using no glue shelf liner trying to find some info out on using a uth on this “pvc” enclosure he is a very in happy big boy rt now in his current 40 habitat I’ve had iguanas and pythons first beardie I want to give him the best I can

The BL is a black light? If so you want a solid clear bright white basking bulb - NO colored bulbs at all!! What is a UTH?
