Hello there my first time here and this dragon is my second lizard

Just to see if anyone knew why my little guy would turn his beard black as if he pissed but the end result he just took a dump my last lizard did not do this and this been going for at least a month

Is this normal recation? Is this somethung unique??

I have no idea on that one lol. I do know that some will when they are hungry and want food so it may be a related reaction.

But I do want to welcome you. There are some knowledgeable people here and im sure one of them will be able to tell you more.

We, wife and i, also thought it was food related especially crickets as he loves them but i did tried feeding him and he didn't bother much? Or my timing was wrong as within a few mins he took the dump

I dunno will keep an eye on that heh

Maybe it's just one of the poos that scare you so he puffs up. Or he's puffing up because it's just his ritual.
