On Friday it will be one week with my little girl astrid. I covered her Viv glass walls with white paper so she feels a little more comfortable. When should I start removing the white papers and start interacting with her?

I've already started to handle her but that's to clean her Viv up and I gave her her first bath today.

I've noticed that she only gets skiddish when something is overhead but when I pick her up she seems to just sit there and relax.

they're all different. if she's good with you when you pick her up - you're good to go! i would suggest removing the paper a bit at a time - avoid shock. if she reacts, put it back and wait awhile, then try again. good for you !
