    How old was your bearded dragon when he/she was eating less cricks and more veggies. Mine does not eat many different kinds of vegetation, mostly mustard greens and kale.

    You have to pick him up regardless. let him freak out a little, you have to do what is needed to take care of him and if he does not like it then tough crickets.

    The water should not go past his/her armpit and should be quite warm. somewhere close to basking temps if you can get it that hot. My almost-year-old bearded dragon is still not liking bathes but he does like drinking the water!
