What’s this in my dragons poop?

My dragon just had a giant poop this morning and there’s this red thing in it. She hasn’t eaten tomatoes or anything red lately. Does anyone know what it is and if she’s okay?

Keep an eye on it and see if she poops it out again -- it could be a one time thing
