We have had our beardie, Ember, for a week . We do not know how old she is . She was eating 5-10 crickets per day along with a few dandelion greens for 4 days. Then , she ate 20 in one day plus greens. The past 2 days she has eaten less .Today she will not eat at all. She has been drinking too . We have tried a few times and still nothing . She has been very active today jumping from her branch to her hide, and some glass surfing . She has Ben surfing off and on since we got her.
We have been trying different feeding methods, tongs, and letting 2-3 crickets loose in her cage, watching to see if she will go after them. Sometimes she does, but mostly not.
HELP!

OK, so we went out and bought some Dubia roaches. Ember went CRAZY! We just might go full Dubias. She seems to like them more than crickets, and they have more protein .

dubias are the best over all feeder insects for dragons. also try horn worms, butter worms and silk worms they really like the soft bodied worms.
glass surfing is pretty normal behavior and usually means they want out to run around or they want some good old snuggle time with you.
